Review # 16: The Play That Goes Wrong
Wow, it's my first review of a play! I when to see The Play That Goes Wrong and this is my review of it!
Plot: The plot is basically the title of the show really. It about this University that is putting a play on Broadway. The play is called "The Murder At Haversham Manor". Due to the low budget of the show, everything that can go wrong in a Broadway show goes wrong. I love the plot and everything was just so funny and enjoyable.
Characters: All of the characters were all really funny. You have some characters who forget their lines, some who are on stage when they aren't supposed to be on stage, and you got those characters that just get upset because the audience isn't supposed to interact with the people on stage. Some even come in the rows and ask people in the audience for help! It was so funny and enjoyable to see these characters needing so much help. Even though at times you wanted to help them since they were struggling so many times. Overall the character was so fun-loving and enjoyable to see in person.
Sets: What do you say when all the sets are falling or just coming apart? Well in this show it's ok because everything has to go wrong! The sets were so fun to see because everything that was a part of the sets made the show more and more fun. It was so enjoyable to see everything fall. Overall the sets made the show funny.
Overall the show was really funny and it will make you laugh out loud. adults, teens, and kids should come to see this show because it is so enjoyable. Also, take people that like comedy and laughs because they would really enjoy this show. So go see The Play That Goes Wrong!
